RoZeGreen West, LLC ("Roze Green," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Roze Green Valet Trash Services website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information You Provide

• Name and email address when submitting a contact or consultation form
• Property name and unit number when registering as a resident user
• Service request content submitted through the resident portal

Information Collected Automatically

• Device type, operating system, and browser type
• Pages visited and time spent on the Service
• IP address and general geographic region

Location Information (Admin App Only)

The Roze Green admin application requests access to your device's location (GPS coordinates) solely for the purpose of recording service check-in and check-out times for route verification. Location data is only collected when you explicitly tap the "Check In" or "Check Out" button. We do not track your location continuously or in the background.

Photos (Admin App Only)

The admin application allows you to upload photos from your device camera or photo library to document service routes. Photos are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized Roze Green personnel. We do not access your device camera or photo library without your explicit action.

• To communicate service updates to residents and property managers
• To verify service completion and maintain operational records
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized Roze Green personnel only.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Resident portal data is retained for the duration of the service agreement between Roze Green and your property. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of any future marketing communications

The Service uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Microsoft Outlook — email communication
• Stripe — payment processing (if applicable)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
