    Resident Communication & Staff Setup

    We deliver branded door hangers, move-in inserts, email templates, and resident portal copy so every household knows exactly when, how, and what to set out. In parallel, we onboard our uniformed, background-checked crew, brief your maintenance team, and submit COI, W-9, and any vendor packets your management company requires.
