How Valet Trash Works

Simple rules for a smooth collection night
- Trash must be bagged and tied securely.
- Bags must fit inside the approved container.
- Do not place loose trash outside the container.
- Do not place leaking bags outside.
- Do not block walkways, stairs, railings, or doors.
- Containers must be brought back inside after collection.
- Follow your property's specific collection schedule.
Items We Cannot Collect
The items below must be handled through your property office or your city's bulk-disposal program.

Recycling Guidelines
- Break down cardboard boxes.
- Rinse bottles, cans, and containers when possible.
- Do not bag recyclables unless your property requires it.
- Keep food waste out of recycling.
- Follow property-specific recycling rules.
Holiday Service
Holiday schedules may vary by property. Residents will be notified in advance if service is adjusted due to holidays, severe weather, or property-specific changes.

Answers to common resident questions
What time should I put my trash out?+
Follow your community's approved collection window — typically early evening on scheduled service nights. Bags placed out after the window may be missed.
What if I miss the pickup window?+
Bring your container back inside and place it out again during the next scheduled collection window. If you placed it out correctly and it was not collected, submit a missed pickup request below.
Can I leave trash outside without a container?+
No. Trash must be inside your approved container, with bags tied. Loose bags create pests, leaks, and tripping hazards in shared walkways.
What items are not allowed?+
Furniture, mattresses, construction debris, hazardous materials, paint, batteries, electronics, medical waste, sharp objects, loose liquids, and any item prohibited by your property.
What should I do if my container is damaged?+
Submit a request through the support form below or contact your property office. We'll arrange a replacement.

Does Roze Green handle bulk items?+
Bulk items (furniture, mattresses, large boxes) are not part of valet trash service. Contact your property office for bulk-disposal options at your community.
