Our valet trash program is straightforward. Residents set out properly bagged trash outside their door during the scheduled evening window. Uniformed attendants collect from every participating door and transport waste to your compactor or dumpster area, five nights per week, Sunday through Thursday.

Very little. We provide resident communication materials, coordinate the launch date, and run the service. Your team approves the plan and we operate it.

Pricing is per unit and specific to your community. Most communities structure valet trash as a resident-paid fee. We provide exact numbers after a free property assessment.
How long does onboarding take?+
Typically 2–3 weeks from signed agreement to first collection night, including resident communications and route planning.
